- Cookies ‘n Cream: white cake with with Oreo crumbs
- Lemon: lemon flavored cake filled with our signature lemon curd
- Lemon Coconut: lemon cake with coconut shavings, filled with our signature lemon curd

- Snickerdoodle: cinnamon and almond flavoured cake
